Modernization of assembly and test area and startup of new complex of test equipment were completed.

The Company has capabilities to perform tests for tightness, strength and leak-tightness of pipeline valves up to DN 600, components and spare parts for them, vessels, castings, elements of pipelines and other pressure retaining items. Maximum test parameters: water up to 60.0 MPa, air up to 30.0 MPa. Method of inspection by helium leak detectors: blowing with helium, probe method. Also, the Company can provide Customer with services for performing the acceptance tests of valves (operation ability, leak-tightness of gate, etc.), including electrically driven and imported valves, with manufacturing a required set of tools. Company’s production capabilities allow, in case of rejectable defects, to draw a sample, make a local repair (defect welding, grinding in) followed by required control of base metal, welded joints and overlay welding.
