The product line of series-produced bellows valves of КЗО Serie as per TU 3742-003-57180370-2005 for defense, industrial applications and safety class 4 for NPP was extended.

Before, the valves have been manufactured in such versions as КЗО 0205… (body with offset branch pipes), КЗО 0206… (body with coaxial branch pipes and backup gland), КЗО 0207… (body with angular position of branch pipes), КЗО 0208… (body with coaxial branch pipes) with nominal diameter up to DN 150 and operating pressure up to Рop 10.0 MPa (DN 3…15), up to Рop 6.3 MPa (DN 20…150).

Today, two new versions are available for Customer: КЗО 0201… (body with angular position of branch pipes and backup gland) and КЗО 0203… (body with offset branch pipes and backup gland). Technical parameters of entire product line were extended: nominal diameters up to DN 200 (КЗО 0206… and КЗО 0208…), up to DN 250 (КЗО 0201…, КЗО 0203…, КЗО 0205… and КЗО 0207…); operating pressures: up to Рop 10.0 MPa (DN 3…50), up to Рop 6.3 MPa (DN 65…150) up to Рop 4.0 MPa (DN 175, 200, 225, 250).

The valves of КЗО Serie are replacement equivalent for 14нж…, 14с…, 15нж…, 15с…, У26161 valves and nowadays even outperform them in many parameters and product range.     Distinguishing feature of the КЗО valves is availability of design versions of branch pipes of a certain valve body with different DN of different types of connection (as example: inlet branch pipe DN 100 – weld connection / outlet branch pipe DN 80 – flanged connection to a pipeline), what allows significantly to decrease a number of elements and connections of pipelines used.

Up to date, the valves of КЗО Serie are successfully operated at all working Russian NPPs, Busher NPP, Kudankulam NPP. They are delivered to Belorussian NPP, the contracts for delivery to Ruppur NPP have been concluded. Also, the valves are widely used in coolant systems and conditioning systems of submarine ships and icebreakers, launcher fuel filling systems (operating medium is highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide), systems with highly aggressive medium during production of titanium (polymeric bellows used) and oil refining, arctic gas transportation systems using high speed electric drives (replacement of solenoid valves), liquid and gaseous chlorine transportation systems (backup gland used), etc.
